Registration Payment and Refund Policy

This policy explains how registration charges, clubhouse payments, cancellations, and organizer-approved refunds are handled through TeeCast.

Effective date: July 14, 2026

1. Who controls the event policy

TeeCast provides registration and payment tools. The golf club or tournament organizer controls the event, sets event-specific eligibility and cancellation rules, and decides whether a refund request qualifies, subject to applicable law. TeeCast does not promise that a cancellation or refund request will be approved.

2. Prices and payment methods

Review the displayed registration total, selected add-ons, donations, and payment method before submitting. Online card payments are completed through the payment provider shown at checkout. “Pay at the clubhouse” creates a pending payment record; it does not mean payment has been received or that a spot is finally confirmed unless the event states otherwise.

3. Cancellations

Canceling an online checkout before payment does not automatically cancel any separately submitted registration or waitlist request. Canceling participation after payment does not automatically create a refund. Contact the tournament organizer promptly and follow its event-specific cancellation process.

4. Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed under the tournament organizer's event rules and applicable law. The organizer may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund depending on the event circumstances and the rules disclosed for that tournament. TeeCast records and processes an approved refund through the available payment workflow but does not independently decide eligibility.

5. Approved refunds

When possible, an approved online-payment refund is returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Clubhouse or other offline payments must generally be refunded by the organizer through its offline process. TeeCast cannot guarantee when a bank or payment provider will make funds available.

6. Event changes or cancellation

Weather, course conditions, safety issues, scheduling changes, or other circumstances may affect an event. The organizer determines postponement, substitution, credit, or refund options and is responsible for communicating those decisions, subject to applicable law.

7. Questions and disputes

Contact the tournament organizer first with questions about a charge, cancellation, roster status, or refund request. For a technical payment-record issue, ask the organizer to route the issue to TeeCast and include any receipt or transaction reference available. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
